WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

You can get away with pretty minimal equipment if you opt for a body weight training program. A simple exercise mat will do.
To get the most out of your training, some light and moderate dumbbells are ideal to begin your fitness journey, along with a stability ball, and you can never go wrong with resistance bands.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I offer personal, one on one training in a private environment; it's just you and I. No more worrying about anyone else in your space, being embarrassed or feeling pressured, and no fighting over sweaty equipment. All equipment is sanitised before every session.

Every session will be based on your unique self and goals, and any injuries or conditions will be taken into account and adjusted for. As a Biokineticist, I am more qualified than a standard personal trainer and can work with the more "tricky" exsercise history and needs.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I offer a thorough nutritional assessment and meal plan creation at very competitive prices, with tailor made packages to meet your exact dietary requirements. Don't like eggs? There won't be any in your plan! Allergic to gluten? No problem. Whatever your needs, I've got you covered.
